I offer online counselling and psychotherapy for individuals, providing a safe, non‑judgemental space to explore whatever may be troubling you.

Walk and Talk

In addition to online counselling, I offer Walk and Talk Therapy as an alternative way of engaging in counselling. These sessions take place in a public outdoor space at a location mutually agreed by both client and counsellor.

Walk and Talk sessions are offered in line with the BACP Ethical Framework and are subject to careful consideration of confidentiality, safety, boundaries, and suitability. We will discuss these factors in advance so you can make an informed choice about whether this option is appropriate for you.
